Build what the flight deck depends on

The work

What you would work on

Our software runs on the flight deck and at the dispatch desk. Takeoff and landing performance for the aircraft and runway actually in front of the crew. Weight and balance from provisional figures through to a signed loadsheet. Station briefs for a whole network. And the cloud back-end that holds it together.

The domain is demanding in a way that makes the work interesting. Numbers have to be right, versions have to be traceable, and a calculation has to stand up when someone asks about it a year later. That shapes how we build: careful interfaces, tested data, and releases we can account for.

You would work alongside people who have flown, dispatched and engineered these operations. When a question comes up about how something really works on the line, someone in the building has done it.

Workplace

How we work

We build the flight operations software airlines run on: takeoff and landing performance, weight and balance, station information, and the cloud back-end that keeps them in step. The work is exact, the domain is real, and the results are used on the flight deck.

The team is small enough that everyone owns real parts of the product. Engineers sit close to the aviation specialists who know the operations we build for, so decisions are made by the people holding the detail.

Aviation sets the standard we work to. Our software is approved by aviation authorities and the company is certified to ISO 27001 and 9001, so traceability, testing and careful release are part of the ordinary day here.

What you get

Why people stay

01

Work that reaches the flight deck

What you build is used on live operations by crews and dispatchers. Releases are deliberate, and you can see exactly where your work ends up.

02

Aviation people in the room

Pilots, dispatchers and performance engineers sit alongside the development team. When a question comes up about how an operation actually runs, someone here has done it.

03

Room to go deep

Our products have been in service since 2009 and are still developed every day. You own real parts of them, and you learn a domain that rewards the time you put into it.

About

About DynamicSource

Founded in 2009

DynamicSource builds flight operations software for airlines: takeoff and landing performance, weight and balance, station information, analysis tools, and JAWS, the cloud back-end the rest of the suite resolves against.

The company started in Stockholm in 2009 and the products have been developed continuously since. Airlines across six continents run them on the flight deck, at the dispatch desk and in the back office.

Our software is approved by aviation authorities and the company is certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
